The stay was absolutely very relaxing. I stayed here 1 night and I liked it. The breakfast had plenty of options and cereal, pastries, fruit, hot waffles and pancakes were fabulous.

Very good service, amicable staff, the breakfast was delicious. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, yet it was nice. Everything was very good and met standards.

Would stay here again when in Birmingham, it was a really really nice stay.

Breakfast was outstanding, fabulous views, beautiful location near to the NEC and Birmingham and a more welcoming bar/restaurant.

This hotel was luxury and clean, had fantastic staff and drinks. I tried cereal, fruit, hot waffles, pastries and pancakes for breakfast, served in the restaurant.

Everything was very clean, including staff and location, its free wi-fi. A good choice of food at the breakfast, I loved cereals, pastries, hot waffles and pancakes. The restaurant was nice for morning breakfast, I tried freshly cooked dishes.

Fairly clean place with glorious view to a room with a view. Fine staff in receptionist, relaxing and huge room.

Fairly clean, soft bed, reasonably priced location. I enjoyed a perfect decor and dark furniture. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of different options.

All in all, it was comfortable base for travelling to Birmingham. My room was spacious with a view of the courtyard.

Quite comfortable experience and best value. The staff was funny, the beds were perfect, and the breakfast was great. The views from my big bedroom were outstanding. It was centrally located. The pool was good and the garden — green😀😀

I loved that the lobby was lovely. There was fine breakfast with a nice treat, pastries, smoked salmon. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, comfy location.

Super location, large bed and, of course, nice staff. A perfect beach, impressive view. Also, Packington Park was just a few steps away from the hotel. Plenty of outstanding breads, bakery, meats, fresh fruit and cheese, I liked it. Plunge pool was great.

The place is vibrant and vibrant! Reasonably sized unit with a standard decor.

Actually everything was fab, my next choice again in Birmingham. Staff was extremely polite, decor was modern, beds were comfy. Stylish building, neat and cosy bedroom. Efficient reception. The hotel was PLEASANT and the grill restaurant was relaxed.

our room was quiet and good. thoroughly enjoyed the food at their on-site restaurant cast iron bar & grill. besides, free parking was convenient.

The beds were large in our room. The hotel was set just a walk down to Packington Park. We enjoyed everything of our stay there. The venue was near Birmingham Snow Hill train station.
